Annotation | The experimental study has been carried out on the ileum extracted from 140 senior male rats. Histological and histochemical methods of study have been applied The experimental study has been carried out on the duodenum extracted from 140 senior male rats. Histological methods of study have been applied. The respond of all sections of hemomicrocirculatory stream has been detected in transplantation of cryopreserved placenta, expressed in enlargement of the average diameter with maximal parameters on day 5 of the experiment with complete recovery on day 10. In simulation of the acute aseptic inflammation of peritoneum arterioles (11%) and capillaries (3,2%) at first were reliably reduced in diameter on day 2-3 in, and then enlarged significantly in the diameter on day 14 of the experiment. During the experiment venular section enlarged significantly in the diameter on day 14. In transplantation of cryopreserved placenta accompanied by acute aseptic inflammation of peritoneum the arterioles (8,4%) and capillaries (2,7%) at first reduced in diameter on day 2, and then enlarged significantly on day 7-10. Venular section maximally enlarged on day 7. In administration of cryopreserved placenta accompanied by acute aseptic inflammation of peritoneum the time period of realization of inflammatory process was shortened by 4-5 days. |
