Annotation Vasectomy for a long time is one of the important methods of contraception [1, 3, 7, 8]. However, the literature of clinical andrology when describing vasectomy technicue does not specify whether stored artery blood flow while the ejaculatory ducts, which in the second lumen artery that supplies the testicle. Therefore, the study of the effect of blockade of the artery on spermatogenesis is an important issue since if necessary to restore the passability of the ejaculatory ducts at remarriage divorce raises the question of its reproductive performance [4, 5, 6]. The aim was to access the nature of cytological changes in the testis under conditions of blockade artery blood flow ejaculatory ducts. Material and methods. Experiments were conducted on 33 laboratory rats - males weighing 150-180 grams, divided into 4 groups with overlapping artery ligation ejaculatory ducts 1, 7 and 30 days, followed by a study of histological preparations diameter convoluted seminiferous tubules, the degree of damage , the number of cells spermatogenic epithelium 7 stage of the cycle, the volume of interstitial nuclei endocrinocytes and electron microscope study of testicular structures with an electron microscope TEM-125 K. Results and discussion. We found cytological changes in the structures of the testis, the extent of which depends on the duration of the experiment. At the 7th day of the experiment 15% of seminiferous tubules present serious degree of cell damage with a significant (p <0.05) reduction in spermatotsytes on stage preleptoteny - to 215,30 ± 5,20, on stage pahiteny - up to 262 60 ± 4,00 and 7 spermatids stage of development - to 721,20 ± 11,00. After 30 days from the beginning of the experiment cytological changes in the testis more substantial. In particular, the number spermatotsytes on stage preleptoteny decreased to 170,60 ± 3,18, spermatotsytes on stage pahiteny - to 218,40 ± 2,90, and spermatids 7th stage of development - to 530,00 ± 8,70 (p < 0.05). Volume nuclei of interstitial endocrinocytes reduced to 77,35 ± 3,2 mkm3. According to electron microscopy blockage of blood flow to the testis by artery ejaculatory ducts accompanied by significant changes in electron microscopy of hemokapilyaris wall, and in his own convoluted seminiferous tubules shell, as well as maintenance epithelial, spermatotsytes, spermatids and interstitial endocrinocytes. 1. Blockade artery blood flow ejaculatory ducts leads to focal histological changes in the testis, the nature of which is correlated with the duration of the experiment. 2. Reduce the number of cells spermatogenic epithelium of the convoluted seminiferous tubules due to a direct effect on spermatogenesis circular hypoxia and blood-testis barrier structures violation. The prospect of further research in this direction is to explore cytohystologicalchanges in the testisin terms of correctionspermatogenesis as the blockade of the ejaculatory ducts and arteries of the same name.
