    Annotation Pathological changes in the blood system, which are protective and adaptive cascade hematological reactions indicate a threat to homeostasis of the organism as a whole, the effect of various exogenous and endogenous factors. Hematopoietic tissue is constantly updated dynamic system issues kinetics of hematopoiesis and its regulation is the key to understanding the pathogenesis of blood diseases in general. Red bone marrow is among the most sensitive organs, and changes in the blood system may be one of the objective indicators. Blood, bringing together all internal organs and systems, is one of the most important indicators of the body. The cells of red bone marrow are considered critical populations under the influence of any factors on the body. According to modern concepts, the role of regulator of hematopoiesis claim colony stimulating factor, stromal microenvironment factors, hormones thymus, and keylony antikeylony, peptides and more. However, their role and place in the support hematopoiesis remains open. The article presents the structural and functional organization of the red bone marrow of the femur mature rats were normal. The aim was to study the morphology of germ erytroblastychnoho red bone marrow of the femur in normal rats. The material for the study was a fragment of femur mature without pedigree albino rats. Collecting the material for microscopic research conducted by conventional methods. The structure of the red bone marrow of the femur of rats, mainly in svitlooptychnomu Electron levels and subordinated structure parenchymal organs. Established that bone marrow stroma presented red beams and reticular bone tissue. In reticular tissue found a large number of blood vessels mainly sinusoidal capillaries. On hinges reticular tissue are hematopoietic cells in various stages of development which are grouped into islands. Conducted detailed structure of red bone marrow normally extends understanding of the mechanism of blood formation, which in future will establish the basic pathogenesis of diseases of the blood.
