    EFFICIENCY OF THE ANTIMICROBIAL AGENTS WITH COMBINATION OF LOW LEVEL LASER RADIATION ON CLINICAL STRAINS OF STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS ISOLATED IN DISEASES OF THE ORAL CAVITY

    Annotation The aim of our research was examine the effectiveness of the combined use of antibacterial drugs and low-level laser radiation on Staphylococcus aureus in parodontitis. Materials and methods: We examined the age group 30-55 years of 40 people with parodontitis. Allocated 12 strains of S. aureus and the reference strain S. aureus ATCC 25923 (F-49) was used to examine the effect of laser radiation, when used in conjunction with antibacterial agents for 5 min. and without of laser radiation. Results: According to received data found that the complete inhibition of growth of isolates was observed. With respect to the application of penicillin S. aureus, isolated from patients with parodontitis, the number of microbial cells was germinated (16,0±2,6) CFU/ml. When are using amoxicillin/clavulanate recorded a slight decrease in the level of quantitative seeding S. aureus. Thus, the figure of parodontitis (16,6±3,1) CFU/ml (p <0,05). When used cephalosporins 1st generation, as the drugs of choice for the treatment of infections cocci are also found their minimal activity against isolates from diseased individuals as compared with control isolates. They were level (15,4±4,1) CFU/ml with parodontitis and (16,6±2,5) CFU/ml (p<0,001) in the reference strain. Efficacy cephalosporins 3rd generation, as expected, it was slightly below or at the same level as when using the cephalosporin 1st generation. For reference strains, recorded a less pronounced growth inhibition - (17,6±2,1) CFU/ml (p<0,001). When used with respect to cefotaxime isolates with parodontitis, the growth rate amounted to (15,1±2,5) CFU/ml. When using lincomycin relatively for S. aureus, isolated from patients with parodontitis (19,9±2,3) CFU/ml (p<0,05) and (20,1±3,1) CFU/ml for the reference strain, respectively. In the application of ciprofloxacin was significantly higher effect than with the β-lactam drugs. Since the number of germinated colonies decreased to 70% in all groups studied. When applied against clinical isolates of S. aureus, selected from individuals with parodontitis this index was (12,1±2,5) CFU/ml for the reference strain and - (9,5±1,4) CFU/ml (p < 0.001). The most pronounced antibacterial effect is set to strains isolated from patients, and for the reference strain in the study of the action of rifampicin. Thus, the number of S.aureus colonies was half the corresponding figure in comparison with the action of β-lactams and lincosamides strains from patients of the study group and made (10,0±3,5) CFU/ml (p<0,001), and for isolates reference strain, the activity of rifampicin was (10,7±2,3) CFU/ml under the action of penicillin and cephalosporin. With simultaneous application of laser radiation and antimicrobials for 5 min. there was a complete lack of growth properties of S. aureus. Conclusion: When analyzing data obtained by the combined action of low level laser radiation 445 nm in the blue spectrum with antibacterial agents on strains of S.aureus, isolated from periodontal pockets and the reference strain, found that within 5 min. With simultaneous use of study drugs and no growth was observed LLLT clinical isolates of S.aureus. When using only antibacterial agents, their efficiency is much lower.
