Annotation | 90 premature newborns with SDR have been examined. The children were admitted to the ICU for the first 24-72 hours of life. Depending on the gestational age newborns were divided into 3 groups: I group - 30 infants aged 28-30 weeks. of gestation; group II - 30 newborns at the age of 31-33 weeks. of gestation, and group III - 30 infants 34-36 weeks. of gestation. The level of NSE in the blood of newborns with RDS and CNS was higher than that of newborns with RDS without CNS by 25.6%, and GFK - 54,0% (p<0.05). Comparative analysis showed that the concentration of NSE and GFK in the blood of newborns at the age of 31-33 weeks was higher than the 14.6% and 23.1%, respectively, in infants 34-36 weeks - by 8.7% and 11.9% respectively. The highest NSE 61,0±10,22 ng/ml were observed in newborns of the main group with the syndrome of excitation and relatively low (44,6±9,19 ng/ml) in newborns with the syndrome of depression. The difference in concentration GFCP in the examinees depending on the neurological syndrome was not detected. Nasal CPAP therapy with the early introduction of Curosurf reduced the concentration of NSE in the blood by 26.6%, and GPCP - by 32.9% (p<0.05), and nasal CPAP therapy with the late introduction of Curosurf - 25.9% and 25.1%, respectively. At the same time in neonates who received mechanical ventilation with Curosurf the level of NSE in the blood decreased by 27.2%, the level GFK - 25.3% and in neonates, are connected to the mechanical ventilation without surfactant, the average concentrations of NSE and GFK decreased respectively by 23.6% and 25.7%. |
