The paper presents the results of the sharing features of copper and zinc in the peripheral blood of rats with periodontitis and gingivitis. Established standards for levels of these elements in the blood and their fluctuations with periodontal diseases. The above mentioned provisions of the author of copper and zinc in the process of resorption and remodeling of connective tissue with gingivitis and periodontitis. The author believes that hypocopperemia and hypozyncemia practically does not burden the processes of resorption of connective tissue in rats with periodontitis. Hypocopperemia in rats with gingivitis can inhibit cell proliferation of connective tissue and speed up the ripening process of proteoglycans. Copper ions necessary material in the process of resorption and remodeling process with periodontal diseases. |
