Annotation | It was evaluated the risk of isolated, complex and combined hazard effects of picoxystrobin, pyraclostrobin, azoxystrobin and difenoconazole – active substances (a.s.) such fungicide preparations as Acanto SC, Retengo EC, and Amistar Gold 250 SC on agricultural workers employed by treating oil crops with chemical crop protection agents. The field study in the agricultural sector on dropping of sunflower and maize was held. Ground and aerial treatment of cropper was carried out with a fungicides working solution – 300 and 50 l/ha respectively in their maximum of consumption rates from 0,75 to 1,0 l/ha. After the treatment of agricultural crops dropping it was determined the residual amounts of a.s. in selected air samples of the working area, swabs from the skin, stripes on protective clothes of workers. It was calculated hazard coefficients and hazard indexes, based on the exposure and permissible inhalation and dermal doses of a.s. It was established that boom spraying and aerial treatment of dropping of oil crops by investigational preparations in their maximum of consumption rates from 0,75 to 1,0 l/ha are not accompanied by a hazard contamination of air of the working area and skin of workers. These conditions of oil crops treatment are not dangerous for the environment and for the population in the event of a possible drift of chemical substances outside the sanitary protection zone. Hazard indexes of harmful complex and combined influence of investigational preparations a.s. are below 1; the working conditions of agricultural workers are permissible. The leading role in the formation of occupational risk plays an inhalation intake of a.s. Protective action coefficient of protective clothing is 28,0-226,2. The use of investigational drugs on dropping of oil crops is not harmful to workers when the established hygienic regulations are complied. |
