Annotation An experimental study of the effect of infusion drugs of 0.9 % NaCl solution, lactoprotein with sorbitol and HAES-LX-5 % on the structure of the ileum in the late stages (after 14, 21 and 30 days) after their previous administration was performed on 63 white rats- males weighing 150-160 g. During a histological and electron microscopic examination it was established that the general plan of its structure is similar to that in intact rats. Infusion during the first 7 days of 0.9 % NaCl solution, lactoprotein with sorbitol or HAES-LX-5% does not change the cell cycle of cells of the mucous membrane of the small intestine in 14, 21 and 30 days of observation. The obtained results indicate the existence of a large reserve group of cells in its mucous membrane. The obtained data revealed the same type of picture of the cell cycle parameters of the small intestine mucous membranes, with the application of these three drugs in identical terms of the study. The results showed a lack of discrepancy between the effects of these drugs on the cell cycle and, at the same time, the absence of their negative effects. They also testify to the existing balance between the synthesis and apoptosis of enterocytes, which is likely to ensure the normal functioning of the small intestine. It has been established that with the use of 0.9% NaCl solution, as well as using lacto-protein solutions with sorbitol or HAES-LX-5%, a fairly large part of the small intestinal mucosa cells is in inactivated state, and a small group of cells is in the phase of DNA synthesis (S-phase) and in the interval of SUB-G0G1, which are in a similar percentage relation among themselves during the entire term of the experimental study. The results obtained in animals correlate both with the data of the DNA cytometry of other studies [15] and with their own results of histological studies. On the other hand, we have not established the significant effect of the investigated solutions on the cell cycle indexes of the mucous membranes of the small intestine during the entire period of observation, which suggests that there is no negative effect on this group of cells. Other researchers [6] also found the absence of adverse effects of these drugs on the parameters of the cell cycle of many organs (lungs, thymus, liver, adrenal glands, pituitary gland, etc.) in conditions without burn injury. At the optical and ultrastructural levels of the study in rats, which received the 0.9% NaCl solution, lacto-protein with sorbitol or HAES-LX-5% in the first seven days at a dose of 10 ml per kg body weight, after 14, 21 and 30 days of the experiment, it was established that the structure of the small intestine wall and the ultrastructural components of its mucosa are similar to those of the intact animals. During the administration of lactobacilli with sorbitol (more pronounced) or HAES-LX-5%, only vascular congestion of the blood vessels, marginal states and increased adhesion of leukocytes to endothelial cells in postcapial veinules, as well as infiltration of leukocytes in perivascular spaces, are observed. After infusion over the first 7 days, 0.9% NaCl solution, lactoprotein with sorbitol or HAES-LX-5% do not change the parameters of the SUB-G0G1 interval, S-phase, G0G1 and G2 + M phases of the mucous membrane cells in the small intestine after 14 , 21 and 30 days of observation, indicating the existence of a large reserve group of cells in the mucous membrane of the small intestine.
