    THE EFFICACY OF APPLYING URSODEOXYCHOLIC ACID IN FUNCTIONAL DISORDERS OF THE GALL BLADDER AND ODDI SPHINCTER IN CHILDREN

    Annotation The article is devoted to the problem of treatment of functional disorders of the gall bladder and sphincter of Oddi in children. It was revealed that in patients receiving ursodeoxycholic acid in complex therapy, unlike children who were not assigned to it, the manifestations of pain, dyspeptic and asthenovegetative syndromes significantly regressed (5% and 35%, 0% and 25%, 17,5% and 60%, respectively) (p<0.05). In the study of biochemical parameters in the dynamics before and after treatment in patients assigned with ursodeoxycholic acid, after the complex therapy, a significant decrease in the mean values of ASAT and alkaline phosphatase in the blood serum (36±1.2 n/l and 27± 0,86 n/l, 539±25,26 n/l and 350±12,4 n/l, respectively) (p<0,05). According to the dynamic transabdominal ultrasound before and after treatment, a significantly significant increase in the contractile function of the gallbladder in children with functional disorders of the gall bladder and sphincter of Oddi was observed against the background of administration of ursodeoxycholic acid (21,43±1,98% and 44,21±1,91%, respectively) (p<0,05). The obtained results testify to the effectiveness of the use of ursodeoxycholic acid in the complex therapy of functional disorders of the gall bladder and sphincter of Oddi in children.
