    СТРУКТУРНО-ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ СОСУДИСТОЙ СИСТЕМЫ У ПОДРОСТКОВ С ИЗБЫТОЧНЫМ ВЕСОМ И ОЖИРЕНИЕМ

    Аннотация В статье проведен анализ литературных данных о структурно-функциональном состоянии сосудистой системы при избытке массы. Представлены результаты обследований 141 подростка в возрасте от 10 до 17 лет с избыточным весом и ожирением, распределенных на группы согласно индексу массы тела, с оценкой профилей артериального давления в течение суток и результатов исследования сосудов каротидного бассейна. Определено, что увеличение толщины комплекса интима-медиа может быть предиктором неблагоприятной утренней динамики артериального давления.
