    ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ БАЗИСНОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ОЖИРЕНИЯ У ПОДРОСТКОВ: ПРОБЛЕМНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ

    Аннотация Эффективность снижения массы тела у подростков является достаточно низкой, независимо от начального индекса массы тела. При динамическом наблюдении установлено, что 33,41 % подростков и/или членов их семей демонстрируют очень низкий комплайенс в отношении коррекции избыточного веса, а именно категорически отказались от повторного обследования. Самыми существенными факторами, которые ограничивают соблюдение рекомендаций, психосоциальны, а именно недостаточная поддержка родители и одногодков, низкая доступность "здоровых" продуктов питания и количество социальных заведений для занятий физкультурой и спортом.
