| Аннотация |
Острые кровотечения из верхних отделов желудочно-кишечного тракта являются одной из самых частых причин неотложных обращений при патологии органов пищеварения, имеют значительные показатели смертности, экономических затрат. Гемотрансфузия является одним из ключевых элементов лечения больных с острым кровотечением из верхних отделов желудочно-кишечного тракта. Несмотря на значительную роль гемотрансфузии при данных крово-течениях, отсутствуют детализированные алгоритмы переливания эри-троцитарной массы. В данной статье выполнен обзор и анализ всех по-следних значимых исследований посвященных переливанию эритро-цитарной массы при кровотечениях из верхних отделов желудочно-кишечного тракта. В обзоре представлен также стравнительный анализ национальных рекомендаций развитых англоязычных стран и Украины в вопросе переливания эритроцитарной массы при кровотечениях из верхних отделов желудочно-кишечного тракта. |
