    МОЛЕКУЛЯРНО-ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ МЕХАНИЗМЫ ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНОЙ СТРЕССОУСТОЙЧИВОСТИ

    Аннотация В обзоре представлена информация относительно современных взглядов на индивидуальную стрессоустойчивость. Показано, что определяющими факторами уязвимости или устойчивости к стрессу являются: психосоциальные причины, в частности социальная поддержка и религия, нейробиологические особенности индивида, обусловлены генетически, и эпигенетические влияния. Адренергическая, гипоталамо-гипофизарно-надпочечниковая, серотонинергическая и дофаминергическая системы обеспечивают адаптацию организма к неблагоприятным условиям существования. К генетическим факторам, которые в значительной степени ответственны за межиндивидуальную вариабельность стрессоустойчивости, относятся: генетическая предрасположенность (полиморфизм генов-кандидатов психических расстройств и генов-модуляторов), а также межгенные взаимодействия. Эпигенетические процессы считают промежуточными механизмами, с помощью которых реализуется негативное влияние стрессовых факторов на геном человека. Стресс, особенно на ранних этапах развития организма, модулирует активность стресс-лимитирующих систем организма, что может приводить к психическим расстройствам. Особую роль отводят микроРНК, считая их потенциальными биологическими неинвазивными маркерами и одновременно терапевтическими таргетами. Понимание молекулярно-генетических особенностей, лежащих в основе стрессоустойчивости, станет важным шагом для улучшения диагностики, профилактики и лечения стрессовых расстройств.
