    ПАТОФІЗІОЛОГІЧНА РОЛЬ АДИПОНЕКТИНУ В РОЗВИТКУ ОЖИРІННЯ ТА СУПУТНІХ ЗАХВОРЮВАНЬ

    Анотація Наведений аналіз наукових статей, присвячених механізмам дії адипонектина, його ролі в метаболізмі та в патогенезі захворювань. Показане зниження вмісту глюкози, тригліцеридів, ліпопротеїдів низької щільності в крові під дією адипонектина. Знижена концентрація в крові адипонектина була зареєстрована при ожирінні, інсулінорезистентності, неалкогольному стеатогепатиті, атеросклерозі та дисфункції ендотелію. Таким чином, враховуючи спектр дії адипонектина, активація внутрішньоклітинних каскадів, опосередкованих цим гормоном, створює поле досліджень для пошуку та впровадження ефективних терапевтичних засобів для лікування наведених захворювань.
