Annotation | As a result of researches found that the mucosa of the ethmoidal cells is covered with the multi-row ciliary epithelium. There are two populations of cellular elements in it. The first is presented by differentiated ciliary and goblet epitheliocytes that form on the surface of epithelium the mucociliary transport system. The other population is presented by microvillus epitheliocytes that can differentiate into ciliary or goblet cells. At multi-row ciliary epithelium of ethmoidal labyrinth cells the CD-68-positive intraepithelial macrophages, which represent different types of antigens and the CD-6-positive T-lymphocytes, which provide lysis of the dead epitheliocytes, are determined. |
