    СТВОЛОВЫЕ КЛЕТКИ ЭНДОКРИННИХ ЖЕЛЕЗ

    Аннотация В статье представлены современные взгляды на стволовые клетки желез внутренней секреции у взрослых - гипофиза, щитовидной, паращитовидной и надпочечника. Мультпотентными стволовыми клетками/клетками–предшественницами аденогипофиза являются фолликулярно–звездчатые клетки, которые экспрессируют S100, Sох9, Sox2 і Oct4, в культуре образуют первичные и вторичные "питуисферы". Клетки-предшественницы питуицитов нейрогипофиза по маркерам схожи с клетками–предшественницами олигодендроцитов. В щитовидной железе взрослого человека выявлены стволовые и клетки-предшественницы энтодермального происхождения для тироцитов Т, экспрессирующие ABCG2, nucleostemin и Oct4. Тироциты С экспрессируют маркеры нервной ткани (Connexin43–LacZ, Wnt1–Cre/R26R, TuJ1, нейрофиламентов160, нестин, P75NTRі и Sox10). Поверхность стволовых клеток околощитовидных желез положительна для CD73, CD166, CD29, CD49a, CD49b, CD49d, CD44, CD105 і MHC класса I. Стволовые клетки надпочечной железы локализуются на периферии ее коры и составляют 0,01-0,64% всех клеток субкапсулярной зоны. Их генетический анализ выявил ключевые сигнальные пути Shh и Wnt, Wnt/В–Катенин. Приводятся доказательства существования субпопуляции клеток–предшественниц в мозговом веществе надпочечника взрослых. В перспективе клетки–предшественницы эндокриноцитов человека, выращенные в культуре, могут быть использованы для восстановления функций эндокринных желез.
