    СТОВБУРОВІ КЛІТИНИ ЕНДОКРИННИХ ЗАЛОЗ

    Анотація У статті представлені сучасні погляди на стовбурові клітини залоз внутрішньої секреції в дорослих - гіпофіза, щитоподібної, прищитоподібної і надниркової. Мультпотентними стовбуровими клітинами/клітинами–попередницями аденогіпофіза є фолікулярно–зірчасті клітини, які експресують S100, Sох9, Sox2 і Oct4, у культурі утворюють первинні і вторинні "пітуїсфери". Клітини-попередниці пітуїцитів нейрогіпофіза за маркерами подібні до клітин–попередниць олігодендроцитов. У щитоподібній залозі дорослої людини виявлені стовбурові і клітини–попередниці ентодермального походження для тироцитів Т, які експресують ABCG2, nucleostemin і Oct4. Тироцити С експресують маркери нервової тканини (Connexin43–LacZ і Wnt1–Cre/R26R, TuJ1, нейрофіламентів160, нестин, P75NTR, і Sox10). Поверхня стовбурових клітин прищитоподібних залоз позитивна для CD73, CD166, CD29, CD49a, CD49b, CD49d, CD44, CD105 і MHC класу I. Стовбурові клітини надниркової залози локалізуються на периферії її кори і складають 0,01-0,64% від усіх клітин субкапсулярної зони. Їхній генетичний аналіз виявив ключові сигнальні шляхи Shh і Wnt, Wnt/В–Катенін. Наводяться докази існування субпопуляції клітин–попередниць у мозковій речовині наднирника дорослих. У перспективі клітини–попередниці ендокриноцитів людини, вирощені в культурі, можуть бути використані для відновлення функцій ендокринних залоз.
