    МЕДИКО-СОЦИАЛЬНАЯ ПРОБЛЕМА ГЕМАТОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ УКРАИНЫ

    Аннотация Центальным органом кроветворения и иммунной защиты является красный костный мозг, который содержит не только стволовые кроветворные клетки, но и формирует уникальное микроокружение для их пролиферации и дифференцировки. Именно он регулирует выход в периферическую кровь зрелых форменных элементов крови. Патологическими отклонениями в системе крови считаются увеличение или уменьшение количественного состава отдельных клеток, а также изменения их соотношения отношению друг к другу, или же изменения их формы.
